Transforming a broken site into a clear data story
In discovery, we learned that Cygnus work with large organisations that need to organise complex processes and data across departments. Their clients needed clarity and confidence from the first click.
We also discovered several practical issues: missing pages, missing content and a move from one website provider to another. The real problem wasn’t just how the site looked. It was that the website didn’t function the way Cygnus needed it to, and didn’t reflect their data-driven approach.
We started with a full rebrand to create a modern visual identity and brand kit, then moved into information architecture, UX and visual design. Working to a three–four month timeframe, we also managed the content migration and provider switch, ensuring existing content was correctly brought across.
The Results So Far

Beyond the numbers, the new site and brand have given Paul and Carly at Cygnus a digital presence that finally matches the scale of their clients and the quality of their work. The website does much more of the early education, so conversations can move more quickly into detail and delivery.
